From 2008 this wonderful newly renovated holiday home "Villa Rosa" will be available next to Villa Tita - The estate is also ideal for groups up to 16 people!

On a property in Poppi is the the luxury cottage Villa Tita located. This property made from ancient Tuscan-style natural stone can hold 4 to 6 people. The villa is set within wide forests of marroni trees in an idyllic and very quiet area. The object has also a large lawn in front of the house, the ideal environment for relaxation and sunbathing on two beautiful sun terraces in southeast direction. No car traffic disturbs the calm of the little town, which is very suitable for children

This spacious, newly renovated Holiday Villa has been family-owned for a long time and the typical Tuscan structure with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors has been wonderfully restored. The highlight of this magnificent estate is a heated pool. The pool is 6 x 12 ft (1.20 m-1, 50m deep) in measures and is available from early May to mid-October.

The Villa Rosa has two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. It also has a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms.

If more space is required it is possible to rent the small apartment located in the lower floor. The price for the small apartment is initially available on request

The ancient structure of the building was preserved to give you a glimpse into a truly inviting Tuscan ambience. The renovation work was done with great attention to detail gives you the comfort that you are accustomed to at home such as TV with satellite connection.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, sink, dishwasher, cooker, large refrigerator with freezer and everything your heart desires.

On the beautiful panoramic terrace you will find garden furniture, a barbecue grill and sunshade for a pleasant stay. For sports enthusiasts there is a ping-pong table and a large tabletop football.

The cottages "Tita and Rosa" lie amid unspoiled nature in the heart of Tuscany, about 5 km from the ancient village Poppi. In another close by village, there are two small grocery stores and a pizzeria. In Poppi you find all types of shopping opportunities, from large supermarkets to small and elegant fashion boutiques. Florence is an about 55 km drive, Arezzo 35 km away and the magnificent Monastery "La Verna" can be found approximately 20 km away. The beautiful panorama in the south-east of the gentle hills of the Apennines invite to beautiful walks.

Another wonderful opportunity is bathing in a mountain stream (about 15 km). A golf course is only about 2 miles away in the Poppi direction, where also tennis courts and a language school can be found.
